Description

Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the property. Perform the tasks associated with the operation of the property including leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance and actions to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. 

Job Responsibilities

• Efficient and timely reporting, maintenance and submission of all administrative forms, files, and reports. Post rent to the computer tracking system.
• Perform bookkeeping functions as necessary including posting rental receipts in the computer and making daily bank deposits during the first ten days of the month, and thereafter as necessary.
• Responsible for the inventory and ordering of all necessary administrative supplies and equipment for the property. Review invoices, vendor service, material charges, coding and processing for payment. Ensure contact with business and locator services, and ensure availability of promotional materials.
• Lease to qualified prospects by showing available apartments. Assist with the lease renewal program with initial contact and follow-up on residents.
• Ensure efficient and courteous response to all resident requests. Report to the Community Manager and unusual circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
